Seregost is a fortress located in central-northern Mordor that guarded the Mithram Gap, and is a possible location in Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor.

History

After the first downfall of Sauron at the end of the Second Age, the Uruks took this Fortress and inhabited it for many centuries until their master’s return. It was a place of Dark Sorcery, with molten lava covering the landscape.

Etymology

Seregost is Sindarin meaning "Blood-fortress".
